Both the Credit Application and the Resale Card will be a printable download form.

Orders may be placed by phone or fax. We require each order to be placed on a Danny’s Mfg. order form to ensure accuracy.
PAYMENT
Our payment options are all major credit cards (VISA, M/C), COD and checks. Checks are converted to images and processed as ACH transactions. Sorry, we do not hold open accounts.
NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
- We read size qty then “width x height”.
- Telephone orders are READ BACK.
- Please check sizes and specifications carefully as this is your confirmation of the order. We do this to make sure you receive your order correctly. Any mistake that is not corrected when READ BACK becomes your responsibility. Special instructions should be clearly communicated, by fax. We always confirm your fax order via “fax confirmation notice” or by telephone. If you do not receive confirmation, please call us. We may have experienced a transmission problem and need your assistance. Do not re-fax.
